EML to PDF guide
Convert EML to PDF with Attachments
Yes. You can convert EML files to PDF without losing access to their attachments. The message content becomes a PDF, and normal file attachments can be saved separately alongside the converted output.
Email content and attachment files
EML to PDF Converter is a Windows desktop app for saved .eml messages. It converts HTML and plain-text email locally on your PC, supports folders and subfolders, and handles common MIME email structures.
The PDF represents the email message. Attachments remain available as separate files where supported, instead of being treated as if they must be merged into the PDF pages.
Simple workflow
Select one EML file, multiple EML files, or a folder of saved emails. Convert the message content to PDF locally on Windows. Save attachments separately alongside the converted output according to the app workflow.
Attachments vs inline images
A normal attachment is a separate file attached to the email. EML to PDF Converter can save attachments separately alongside the output, so the original files remain accessible in their own formats.
Inline images are different. They are part of the HTML email content, such as a logo or image referenced inside the message body. Supported inline images are handled as part of the message rendering, but the result can depend on the structure of the source EML file.
Batch convert EML folders with attachments
Saved email folders can contain many related messages and files. EML to PDF Converter can process multiple EML files, folders, and subfolders in one workflow while keeping conversion local to your Windows PC.
What this does not do
This page does not claim that attachments are merged into the generated PDF, automatically converted into PDF, OCR processed, uploaded to cloud storage, or opened through an Outlook integration. The email message is converted to PDF, while attachments are preserved separately where supported.
