ABTOOLS is operated and provided by Andrii Bochenkov, a sole proprietor in Ukraine.

Products and licenses

ABTOOLS provides focused Windows utilities and browser-based file tools. Paid desktop products are licensed for lawful use under the terms presented for the specific product. Unless a product page states otherwise, a one-time purchase is not a subscription.

Trials

Some ABTOOLS desktop products include a limited free trial. The applicable product page and the application describe the trial limit and what counts toward it.

Your files and backups

You are responsible for having the necessary rights to files you process and for maintaining appropriate backups of important source files. ABTOOLS tools are designed for the workflows described on their product pages, but no software can guarantee successful processing of every possible file.

Purchases

For purchases made directly through this website, payments are processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record. Paddle's applicable buyer terms govern the payment transaction, taxes, and payment processing. Product-specific license terms and ABTOOLS support obligations continue to apply to the software.

Refunds

Refund information for direct website purchases is provided in the ABTOOLS Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Limitations

ABTOOLS does not guarantee that every input file can be converted or processed successfully. To the extent permitted by law, ABTOOLS is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special losses arising from use of the software or website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
